Vermont Medical Marijuana Evaluations

Once you qualify in Vermont, you will receive a Medical Marijuana Certification which allows you to legally possess up to 2.5 ounces, grow your own cannabis, and purchase medical cannabis from a caregiver or a Registered Compassion Center. To be protected under Vermont’s law, you are required to have one of our certifications and a Vermont-issued picture identification card.

What are the qualifying conditions for Medical Marijuana in Vermont?

Vermont Medical Marijuana Law States that you may be certified for one of the following conditions or symptoms:

  • Any patient receiving hospice care
  • Cachexia or wasting syndrome
  • Cancer
  • Glaucoma
  • Positive status for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
  • Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Seizures
  • Severe or chronic pain
  • Severe nausea

Vermont Medical Marijuana Program

Once qualified and certified by one of our Doctors, we will provide you with a Physician Written Certification, and complete your application for a state issued Medical Marijuana Card.  This card will allow you to possess two ounces of usable medical marijuana, grow up to nine marijuana plants, of which no more than two may be mature, appoint a caregiver to grow for you, or purchase cannabis from a state-licensed dispensary in Vermont.  

To be protected under Vermont’s state law, you are required to have a Vermont state identification card when purchasing or possessing Marijuana.
